Order Online

Please note: Purchase Orders issued from within the UK should add VAT @ 17.5%. If you are ordering from within the EU and are not able to provide a VAT ID, you should also add VAT @ 17.5% to your Purchase Order. (If you do have a VAT ID, please include it on your PO).

Bank/Wire Transfer

Payment via Bank Transfer is accepted at the MDM Online Shop. Order the software online and select "Wire Transfer" from the DropDown Payment Menu. All Online Wire Transfers are collected by Element5, GmbH.

UK (United Kingdom) & EU (European Union) VAT

All prices on the MDM Online Shop exclude VAT for UK and EU Customers. UK/EU Customers are required to pay 19% VAT on all Online Orders unless a Valid VAT ID is provided during the Transaction. If a Valid VAT ID is provided, then VAT will be Zero Rated.

VAT is charged at 19% for all Online Purchases becuase our Online Payment Vendor, Cleverbridge AG, are registered and based in Germany, where 19% is the standard rate of VAT.

For Non-Business/Commercial Purchases, we would recommend placing your order directly with Multidmedia Ltd (MDM) via PayPal or Wire Transfer as this would result in a reduced rate of VAT at 17.5%. If you are making a Business Purchase and have a valid VAT Registration ID, then VAT will be Zero Rated.

VAT is not charged on orders placed outside of the UK or EU.

Volume Licensing

The Multidmedia Volume License Program offers flexible licensing solutions that help volume customers save money. Whether you are a commercial, government, or education customer, Multidmedia are happy to extend significant discounts, making it easy to purchase and track licenses.

If you are interested in obtaining a quotation for volume licensing (Typically, 5+ Licenses of any MDM Software) then please contact the MDM Sales Team.

Refund Policy

Requests for returns/refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase from Multidmedia. In the event of a refund request, if we cannot correct the problem, or provide an alternative solution, a full refund will be granted.

Products purchased from sources other than Multidmedia (eg: Local Reseller, Mail Order, Internet Electronic Reseller and others) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies. For further details please Contact Our Sales Team

Please note that returns/refunds are not granted for the following criteria:

• Improper use of Software.
• Misunderstanding use of the Software.
• Impromper Evaluation of Software Prior to Purchase.
• Unwanted Software upon or after Purchase.
• Other, where the request for refund is not based upon a defect or bug discovered which cannot be corrected/resolved.
• Requests made outside of the 14 day window.

If your request for a refund falls under any of the criteria above, a refund will only be given at MDM's discretion, and will incur a 15% Administration Charge.

Please note that all Multidmedia Software Titles are available on a try-before-buy basis as Free Non-Restricted Trial versions. We encourage users to download and evaluate all software before purchase.
